How do I book a consultation & appointment?
Just click on the link below! Please be sure to include your name and cell phone number so that we can text you back and book you in! Alternatively, you may TEXT us at (604) 363-1996 with your name and what you are looking for :) We ask that you text rather than call, as its often that we will be with a client and not able to answer the phone. Whichever route you take to contact us, we will message you back as soon as we are finished for the day, and get you booked in as soon as we can!
Because of the custom work that we do, a consultation is required before booking your appointment. Once your consultation is complete, a deposit of 50% is required to book your installation appointment. We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Cash and E-Transfer deposits, and will issue a receipt for your records :)
Will hair extensions damage my hair?
Another question we get asked all the time, and the answer is no, if installed and maintained correctly! When extensions are installed by a certified professional, and with proper care and maintenance, extensions will not damage your hair. In fact, when proper installation and care is followed, your natural hair will grow in healthy, as your scalp with remain healthy throughout. Many of our clients find that their natural hair grows in longer and healthier than before; this is partly due to the fact that hair extensions will take the brunt of any day to day heat styling or environmental damage, allowing your natural hair to take a break. You will find you also won’t have to wash your hair as often, and you can even add lighter shades or tones without having to colour your hair as often.
Proper maintenance is extremely important, and we will let you know how to do this and which products are best; we will also send you home with aftercare instructions, with the option to text us anytime if you have any questions. It is also extremely important that when the extensions are removed, they are removed by a trained professional, as removing them improperly can be very damaging to your natural hair.
Can I colour my hair with extensions?
Yes! This is still possible once the hair extensions have been fitted, so there will be no need to worry about those roots or greys creeping their way through and ruining your beautiful new locks. If highlights or full colour is required, you may choose to have this done at your reinstallation appointment so we can best maintain the integrity of your hair extensions :)
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Cash and E-Transfers.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that our clients allow a minimum of 48 business hours to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, but we know sometimes life just doesn’t work out as we planned. We know you have been excited about your installation day, so we know that having to cancel can be a real bummer! We understand that life happens unexpectedly sometimes, and will book you another appointment as soon as we have availability.
*For consultations, 2 missed appointments will result in a placed deposit of $50 to be required in order to reschedule a third time.
